MULTIDRINK POSTMIX PRODUCTS>> MD-4VOL3 - ELECTRONIC PORTION CONTROLLER WITH COUNTER This electronic device mounts to the Lancer Delta type soft-drink dispenser with volumetric heads. You can set four different dispensing sizes, and count the different sizes separately. The measured data can be seen on a 4 digit LED display. The programming of the device and deleting of the measured data can be achieved via an additional infra-red remote controller (sold separately). The connection to the dispenser is possible through the original contactor, therefore the installation is easy and quick. The programming takes only a few minutes, and requires no special knowledge. Only follow the instruction manual. Installing: Turn off the machine. Detach the original front panel from the heads, then dismount the original connector from the head. Connect the connector of the counter to the head. Put back the counter like a normal cover. Watch for the cables not to seize them between parts. Turn the machine on. Dispensing: Place a cup under the outlet and press the size button you want to dispense. The preset amount of drink will be poured to the cup. If you want to stop the pouring process, just push the cancel/pour button. If you press the button again, the remaining amount will be poured into the cup. If you have programmed a channel to dispense in two, or three steps, the dispensing will be automatically stopped and started like at the programming. When the dispensing stops, the display shows four horizontal lines. Example: if you have set a channel pouring half a cup, then wait 2 seconds, then pour the cup full, the dispensing will be the same. Reading the measured data: Push the Cancel/Pour button, the display shows "read". If you now push any of the four size buttons, you can see the sold amount for that channel on the display. The dots signalise which channel you are seeing. After reading the data just push the Cancel/Pour button again, the display goes back to normal. |
